All musical and loud events end no later than 21:55. After this time, the premises must operate in quiet mode without excessive noise. 50% of the contractual penalty with the operator for exceeding this time is donated by the lessor to socially beneficial associations in District 7.
The sound equipment will be set so that its output does not exceed predetermined limits. The lessor performs regular measurements and may adjust the volume of events accordingly. Sound checks before scheduled concerts will be carried out by the operator without causing noise disturbances.
The organizer will ensure controlled access to and from the premises, minimize traffic load on surrounding roads, and coordinate arrivals and departures to reduce noise and traffic jams, always in agreement with the local authority.
The operator is responsible for cleaning the entire premises and its surroundings. After each event, workers must also ensure that any litter caused by visitors is removed from the nearby area.
The premises will be secured with sufficient security personnel, medical services, and fire protection based on the event's capacity.
The sale of alcohol will comply with all applicable regulations and legislation. Alcohol may not be sold to persons under 18 years of age. Drunk or aggressive individuals will be removed from the premises.
The lessor commits to allowing the premises to be used free of charge for socially beneficial events related to community activities, up to 3 times per year.
The organizer will keep local residents informed about upcoming events and provide a contact person to handle complaints and suggestions.
The organizer commits to minimizing the ecological footprint of events.
All events will adhere to applicable laws and regulations. The operator is subject to a high contractual penalty and is required to pay all municipal fees as well as other fees related to music events. The lessor commits to notifying the local authority about events well in advance.
